About Pathway 2 Home
Pathway2Home is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women to reintegrate into society. We provide essential resources and support through community collaboration, easing the burden of seeking post-incarceration services. Our guidance helps these women successfully transition back into society, building a better future while cultivating generational wealth and solid family values.
Our Story
We established Pathway2Home to channel our deepest passion for community service and support. As military veterans, we have profound experience with overcoming professional and personal adversity. Our experiences inspire the organization’s greatest desire to help others overcome difficult times and rebuild their lives.
Our ultimate goal is to empower women by providing pre-release resources that alleviate the mental and physical challenges they face after incarceration. We collaborate with community resources to support these women during their transition, promote stability, and help them unlock their full potential for personal growth and reintegration. At Pathway2Home, we are wholeheartedly invested in creating a lasting impact by guiding women on their reentry journey through their most difficult times and fostering positive contributions to our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support incarcerated women on their journey toward healing and long-term success by providing pre-release services, life skills training, and access to community resources. We provide the tools and support needed to help women reintegrate into society, strengthen their families, and achieve stability. Through advocacy and collaboration, we remove barriers, restore hope, and empower women to create a pathway home filled with opportunity and growth
Our Vision
Our mission is to empower justice-impacted women to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence. Through education, job readiness, and community-based support, we remove barriers, restore confidence, and foster opportunities for women to thrive beyond incarceration.
We support women’s successful reentry by providing access to vital resources, helping secure stable housing, and connecting them with community support beginning 45 days before release.
